The location was ideal for our family trip, right by the beach, and we loved the cozy vibe of our room! However, the breakfast options were disappointing, mainly grab-and-go with limited choices. 😔

would definitely come back here
The room was cozy with a kitchenette, fridge, and microwave. Ocean views were breathtaking. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers and was super relaxing. Breakfast was impressive, with a variety of fresh options. The staff was helpful, making the whole stay enjoyable. The atmosphere? Perfect for chilling out!

The Capitana in Key West provided a delightful escape. Enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool and savoring tasty bites from the bar. One inconvenience was the limited beach access, but the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made my stay memorable.

missingWrote a review on Nov 04sterile atmosphereinaccessible beach
The hotel feels oddly sterile, lacking any real personality—no plates or glassware in the kitchen area, just plastic. The tiki bar didn’t have the ingredients for popular cocktails, which was a letdown, and the only way to get to the lobby from the slippery parking lot was to walk around or risk a tumble up a wet hill. While the pool is nice for a dip, the inability to go into the Gulf from the property felt like a missed opportunity. Lastly, room temperature control was an issue. it remained uncomfortably cold unless the balcony door was left open.

The stay was great overall! I loved the rooms, especially the king-size bed, and the pool was a highlight for my kids—they had a fantastic time with the noodles provided. The gym could use some improvement in space and flooring, and it was a bit too far from the main attractions for my liking. However, the staff was helpful, and I appreciated having grocery stores nearby for snacks in the room.

Our family had a fantastic time in this lovely hotel, enjoying the stunning ocean views from our spacious room and the inviting pool area that felt like a true paradise. The staff were genuinely welcoming, enhancing our experience with their attentive service. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, including fresh fruits and hot items. The only downside was the limited access to the beach, which could provide a more complete coastal experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 02poolside barnespresso luxurynoise pollution
Poolside bar offering refreshing cocktails joins a pool area that feels like a tropical oasis, complete with palm trees, adding a vibrant atmosphere to your day. Rooms come equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, perfect for a quick caffeine fix before heading out into the sun.
The constant noise can be quite disruptive, especially from the air conditioning unit in the bathroom that hums even when turned off, along with loud poolside music and guests playing their own tunes. Balconies overlooking the pool don’t provide much tranquility, as sound from cleaning staff and socializing guests filters up early in the morning and into the evening, making it hard to relax. the hotel's environmental efforts leave something to be desired, as single-use toiletries and disposable items are rampant, making the experience feel less premium than it could be at this price point.
